Some states require a license to preform installations. Do other states require a license and if so what is the license requirements?

Here in Alaska most trades require a license including gutter guys. There is not a category that specifies installation/repair of gutters but after some research, we got a Specialty Contractor License with subcategories of “Sheetmetal, Roofing, and Rough Carpentry.
